Introduction
HC42 series square sheet shear machine adopts hydraulic transmission, compared with the mechanical drive type shears, has small volume, light weight, small inertia, low noise, stable movement, convenient operation, flexible, large shear section, scissors, not soft not hard mouth, when shear is not short of blasting, long service life, no gap again thin all good shear, convenient adjustment and operation safety. This machine has manual, automatic, convenient operation, simple control, scissors mouth work in any position in the process of starting cut and stop, and can according to the size of the cut materials, arbitrary control cut the size of the mouth, in order to obtain the best working efficiency.
The steel sheet slitter is mainly applied to the cutting of metal plate materials such as steel plate, nickel plate and copper plate. The shear force ranges from 100 tons to 250 tons. The main size of cut material is (12~20mm)*250mm. the shearing times is 8~12 per minute. This series require the simple infrastructure construction.Scrap metal shear is researched and developed by Shuanghe Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd combined market’s demand.
