Product Description

Introduction:

Lifting Electromagnet is used for transporting iron scraps,ingots,steel chips,slabs,steel plates and steel sheets.Electromagnet is suitable for installing on excavator,crane;and electromagnet also can be submerged under water,can be used at very high temperature and normal temperature in metallurgical plants,scrap yards and ship-building plants.

 

Model specification:

The magnetic circuit of the electromagnet is composed of a clock cover (outer casing), a core, an outer magnetic pole, an inner magnetic pole, and a suctioned object. The magnetic circuit parts are made of high-quality thick steel plates and cast steel parts with low carbon content. The coils are wound with double glass wire wrapped flat aluminum wire or oxide film insulated aluminum tape, and H class heat-resistant insulating material is used. High-manganese steel with high wear resistance is used. The inner and outer rings are welded and sealed with the inner and outer magnetic poles to cast epoxy resin to increase the waterproof, shockproof and insulation properties of the coil.
